It's interesting that in the TV series "I Claudius" Tiberius was depicted as being a collector of early por in order to make him look debauched. This is obviously not how the Romans would have thought about him.
There was a TV programme about the Secret Cabinet on British TV last week, filmed in Pompeii, Naples and the British Museum.

I think they would have said "Bring on the Porn!" - or it's Latin equivalent...
